Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for VektraPulse cloud subscriptions and for self-hosted lifetime licenses. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

Cloud subscriptions (SaaS)

Monthly cloud plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of your current billing period; we do not refund partial months except where required by law or at our sole discretion for billing errors or service outages attributable to us.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your invoice details. We will review and may issue a refund or account credit where appropriate.

Self-hosted lifetime license

Self-hosted licenses are one-time purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not materially used the license (e.g. production deployment or redistribution). After 14 days, sales are final except where mandatory consumer laws apply.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account or license until the dispute is resolved.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, order or subscription ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
